hey, i hope everyone had a lovely wednesday.thursday actually is my favorite day, it's close enough to the end of the week, plus, there's always the anticipation knowing the next day is friday! anyway...i'm just sitting here eating swiss chocolate. my friend went to switzerland with her and family and brought me back some authentic goodness. : )
i was invited to another friend's 21 birthday in amsterdam in two weeks, and was thinking about going, there's like...13 or so people i think in all she invited. we'd be staying in a pretty cheap hostel close by the train station. i have a discount pass, so it would be cheaper, i just can't decide if i should spend it since i have the dublin/london trip coming up...
so, my friend from hungary made some glühwein (mulled hot wine) from some spices she got from home. that same day i found some in one of the stores i shop in...i'm a big fan, plus it's super cheap, which is nice. but, just thought i'd check in. i'm going to go see a movie tonight with a friend and study like mad tomorrow and this weekend. most of my finals are mid-december, save for one, that's in january when we get back from break. i'm just really worried because a couple of my finals are oral exams...which i've never done. and i'll be honest, it's a whole lot harder to b.s. when you're talking to someone than when you're writing. i heard they give us time to prepare the question(s) when we get to the test, and then ask questions about what i would give the essay on, but it still sounds very nerve wrecking...
